The auger head suction dredger pushes the dredged material into the shield, which guides the material to the suction of the pump. The material cover allows the horizontal screw head dredger to absorb up to 99% of the dredged material, a very desirable result.

Compared with traditional cutter suction dredger, it is easier to operate. Auger head suction dredger only positioned the dredger to where you want to dredge, lower the cutter head, and move forward.
