The JRY series sand suction dredger uses steel plate welding, non-self-propelled, belong to detachable flush suction type dredger(also called jet suction), which can be parked in coastal areas, inland rivers and sand pumping. It’s mainly suitable for the working environment of sand field, river course and dredging with the proportion of stone not exceeding 30%

The hull of the flushing type sand dredger is composed of a middle cabin and two side cabin, which is convenient for disassembly and convenient for road, rail and waterway transportation, and is beneficial for reinstallation at the site. The engine and dredging pump are located in the middle compartment. Side cabin can be used as storage tanks, ballast tanks and drying tanks.

The dredger is driven by a diesel engine, and the main engine drives the dredging pump and other related function. At the free end of the diesel engine, another one diesel engine drive the flush water pump. All operation buttons, switches, indicators, and meters are placed on the console, and all operations of the sand pump can be completed in the operation room with one person. 

When working, the sand is washed away by the impulse of the flushing pump, then the sand is pumped out with a strong suction force of the sand pump and directly transported to the shore.
