The structure of the large-scale fully automatic cleaning dredger adopts three cabins design, including front collection cabin, middle

storage&discharge cabin, and the rear storage&unloading cabin. The operator can use the integrated operation console controls all the system in the operating room which is at the top of the middle storage cabin.

  When working, the hydraulic system controls the hydraulic cylinder to lower the front collecting cabin to below the water surface, then the front shears start to cut the roots of aquatic plants, there are two circular saw blades on both sides of front collection cabin, which are driven by hydraulic motors to rotate quickly. The saw blades is very important to cut the transverse aquatic weed, also can clear out the road to let the dredgers sailings more convenient.

  The saw blade and the shear work together to finish the first step of cutting and collection works, next to the front shear is the collection chain of the front cabin, The motor drives the collection chain starts to work, then the cutted aquatic plants are transferred to the storage cabin to finish the collection work. 

  After the middle and rear cabin is full with aquatic weed or other rubbish, then we can drive to the shore to unload. When unloading, hydraulic system drives the cylinder to rise the rear cabin, the aquatic weeds was discharged to the shore by the quick running of the rear cabin chains, after this process, then all the works finished, operator can drive the dredger to work again.our cleaning boat will be used again. 

  The large-scale automatic cleaning dredger is powerful and complete. Besides the shears and blades, also can equip with other accossories such as collecting rakes, vertical shears, crushing knives, mechanical swing arms, wheel knives, etc.

  Besides the advantage of large storage capacity ( one dredger can storage more than 20 cubic meters), the aquatic weed cutting dredger is also very high efficiency for working at large areas of water.
