Vibrating screen is very widely used at alluvial gold mining works, cost saving and high efficiency for not sticky materials.

After these years using and producing, we fond some problems about this type machine. one important area is the screen deck, at before we normally produce above type, use hydraulic drive, compact type, this type is easy to move, but the vibrating deck and sluice size is very limited, this type vibrating screen we use swing iron at the top to creat vibrations, if we make the screen deck too longer, then the vibrations can't enought powerful for the works, not easy to solve by change big engine or big swing iron, the vibration way is settled. so we only can make the creen deck shorter, then the most important problem is coming---the materials can't stay enough time on the deck for washing!!! we tried to make the deck angle smaller, but will many small stones block into the screen gap, and another is the sluice box, because of the machine size limit, we make it like number "Z", but this design is face problems for water flow power to let the sand goes away and the gold settle down, especially the 2rd sluice, almost only heavy sand, and after finished works, not easy to take out the grass to collect the gold materials.

So finally, I defined it a good machine for exploration works or small scale mining works, not suitable for scale mining.

Then we designed the new type as below:

For this type, we combined the vibrating hopper, vibrating screens, but make it a completely unit sled base also easy to move, use maintenance-free vibrations, can guarantee stable works. and make the sluice box to one or two longer sluice box with riffles, the slurry flow goes smoothy, very good for catching the gold.

Hopper, screens deck whole system all with high pressure water, specially designed material distributor and backwash water system, let the slurry evenly goes into the sluice box.
